high pitch squealing sound near engine

    2007 silver Tacoma SRS TRD off road
    I have a high pitch squealing/siren sound that gets louder and higher pitched when I accelerate more. It happens around 2nd and 3rd gear. Not sure if it is a major issue just curious. Any ideas?? also is not a belt..
