High RPMs cold start, mid day at 80 degrees still 2k start

Hi, also when I push the clutch in on the highway, rpms stay at 2500 or climb for 30 seconds before they start to decrease? I've changed the MAF, throttle body, and checked ohms resistance. No cracks in vac lines. What else?? 5 speed man, with 250k. help!

 

Sounds pretty normal to me, any CEL or codes?

 

maybe on the cold am start up. but ,heading to work or just changing gears,rpms dont go down to idle when shifting up or down. its a sporadic thing but very often?

 

I haven't driven a 4cyl taco but on the v6 rev hang is normal, on the v6 it can be calmed down or turned off with a tune but I'm not sure what the tuning options are on 4 cyl trucks.
