6 month later still no fix, so fare I got the drive shaft balance, was a little off, U-joints and yoke are fine. No better. I know its not my wheels because I took the back wheels off and put the rear axle on jack stands and drove it on the stands without the wheels and the vibration is still there. Even took off the rear drums.

Its really hard to tell from where the vibration is because the rear end/drive shaft/transfer case vibrates about all the same wen I try to feel it out.

Now I dont know at all what to do and I am just discouraged.. anyone have any advice or something else to check?

I should also add that with the truck on jack stand and the back wheels off, the vibration starts at 65 km/h, as the speed increases the vibration doesn't really get worst but speeds up so it kinda feels worst, if you know what I mean.

Would Also like to add that this vibration feels exactly like if I was driving on a rumble strip on the side of the highway. Anyone have any idea?!!

Does yours have a drive shaft carrier bearing? I have seen them make this symptom.
    Hope this helps

What about a bad rear wheel bearing?

I believe there is a TSB out for drivetrain vibration. Not sure the TSB# but someone here would know. Now that I think of it, it might only be 2012+.

130km/h In front wheel drive, Pretty sure there is a TSB but pretty sure this is much worst then what is common to happen.
I would doubt it would be a bad wheel bearing, truck only has 74xxxkm, How would I tell if its bad? No play and spins freely/smoothly.

You end up just living with this? pretty similar situations and I have went through all the motions as well of replacing tires, brake rotors, ujoints, carrier bearing, allignment, and road force balance. Going to try your idea of testing the wheels seems like a good idea. I am wondering if one wheel is slightly bent although the road force should have caught that.

This may be a little drastic, but could you put it back up on jackstands, remove the rear wheels, drums, unscrew brake lines from the wheel cylinders, unbolt and pull each axle out about 3 to 4 inches to disengage them from the differential and try the test again?
    That would rule out axle/bearing?
I know, it may make a little mess with some diff fluid, but maybe worth a shot?
Just don't hit your brakes when your'e coasting back down.
On second thought, I'm not sure how I feel about this idea, you'll probably throw a wheel speed sensor code, but it sounds like you're reaching the point of desperation.
