HIGH WATER THEN AXLE LOCK UP....HELP

    Hi Forana,
    Perhaps I am being redundant, please help me better understand others experience with this issue. Is it true the lock-up event is affecting only the single right-rear-tire and only when going in reverse direction?
    This knowledge will greatly comfort me if this issue is limited in this way. At your earliest convenience I would appreciate confirmation on this.

    No money, all went to truck...
    Freewheeler, I can't remember which rear wheel locked. It didn't matter, both were gunked up, one just locked before the other.

    I also don't think reversing mattered, if you drove forward more, I think it would have locked. Once time mine locked going forward. Another time I was pulling out forward onto my street. The drums locked up with me in the middle of the road.

    This is good to know, I greatly appreciate your response on this. It will help me strategically be more safe since I really love the vehicle and plan to keep it for years to come. Again, many thanks for your helpful knowledge and experience with this. cheers!

    Usually a good rap with a hammer on the drum will release it.
