    Hi everybody,

I have 48575 on my truck. 2016 TRD OFF ROAD, Double, Short bed, 6 auto 4x4. I am prolly on the higher side on this forum.

    A couple things:
    1. I did benefit from transmission TSB
    2. Did have squeaky lefts. Comes and goes....rarely around though.
    3. I do have some rear howling 40-60mph.....dealer says it is the leaf springs. Not a mechanical performance issue....aesthetic ....who knows
    4. Sometimes I will get some nice from my interior trim. Typically it is something impacting it on my side. Although.....yes the dash ocasionally.

I know these are repetitive topics but...I am just interested in other peoples run down. I want to say in general ...for my first truck....this thing has been terrific. I tow a 3500 V hull boat, I do some light/moderate offroad driving (national forest roads), I appreciate the mileage, truck does great down at -25 (I live in NE Minnesota). The bed is small but functional. I like the stock polymer finish.

I have had no serious mechanical problems, anything that has cost, me or really no major concerns. Truck has been great I service it as specified.

I aim to be a 200k mile clubber.

    Cheers

Welcome! Unfortunately you are not even close lol. Many have close to 200K and lots and lots have over 100K. I drive 30K a year so every three years I am at 100K.
    Glad you like your truck!

Nice bit of info... fairly consistent with other members experience. Total mileage however is no where near “high” for your vehicle age, lol...

Howling from the leaf springs? Did you ask who HIS dealer was? LOL

I get the howling sometimes. Sounds like it's coming from the corner of the bed right behind me, but only when going into a strong wind.

I get howling right before I drive through a thick pile of pedestrians

You and me both. Having another truck (plus the fam rig) and 6 bikes spreads out the miles nicely.
