No jacking around with the mounting template? Looks good.

I imagine it'll work fine for 4Runners, just need to compare fenders to be sure. I updated my OP on this thread to link to the other thread so nobody needs to deal with my install anymore.

Anybody have a Lunar Mist passenger front fender they want to give me?

Yep. I would have used this one for sure if it was around when I did mine.

Going to try and install mine tomorrow. I like the Wotefusi one more than the more ARB looking one. Seems sturdier to me based on the hole location for hitting branches, and I've long since tossed all of my factory intake piping. If I had all that still maybe i'd try the other one but whatever.

I don't have a dremel, what size hole saw should I buy? 3 1/2" and 3 5/8" were both mentioned, but also added to have a dremel. Actually... Maybe I can find my dad's dremel and use that...

I cut the hole in mine for the other style using a pair of tin snips. I first marked everything, drilled a 3/8” or so hole offcenter and inside the big hole location, used a stepper bit to make it 1”, then started making the finished cut with tin snips. Only snip 1/4-1/2” at a time. It won’t do like paper will and be 4” long, fluid cuts. I had a half round bastard to dress off any whiskers but there wasn’t any.

I ended up using a 3 1/4" hole saw and a small grinding attachment fit a drill. Had both lying around.

Hey my Tacoma Brothers, here's my contribution to this subject. We show installing this on a 3rd Gen 4runner but it would be pretty much the same for you dudes. So, now Y'all have a video to use for this mod.

Yep, some guys prefer write-ups while others like videos. I appreciate both but I am partial to videos obviously because I run a YouTube channel. I think my buddy Anwar used your write-up as part of his research on how to do this install.

I’ve used your videos for countless jobs on my truck, most recently the supercharger. Keep up the good work!
