the tyres are called Silverstone MT117 Sports...size is 285/75x16 - 33x12x16 when new.

Its a Malaysian tyre.....very very tough mud terrain.

OK OK.....so I got the angle grinder out on MS-Paint and made some clearance for the tyres to get more suspension travel out of it without rubbing -

I opened two windows of MS-Paint...one I zoomed in and cut around the tyres then when I copied it over I streched and skewed it by a small percentage and pasted it in. If that makes sense.

Wyatt will be the dealer of these....at the moment we are still building up stock for the local Aussie market as you can imagine being a new product and also we have a crap load of other products being developed and to be released soon and we would like to release the shafts to the American market at the same time as we do a few other related items... so dont take my word on it but this would more than likely be torwards the end of this year.

    Thanks for your interest.

Finally gonna see some changes made to the hilux this weekend.....
Monster Rides has finally completed their first batch of adjustable height coilovers for the front -
    IMG_2305_cbcbfff1324c4bbb503069dffeb527a1c2acf92d.jpg
    IMG_2306_6ebb4d0d753a555df8f1237db4a2e186003a16fd.jpg
They will be set to 4" on the front....with the diff brackets already fitted the cv angle shouldnt be any more than a 2-2.5"
Getting an extended rear shackle for now to give me an extra 1-1.5" height to suit the front better. At some stage Id like to get a custom length longer top leaf to get some better shackle angle and invert the rear shocks.....I beleive Monster Rides is working on something similar to this and also possibly a 4-link rear conversion kit.
    MonazDSCF0061_e5a80de1e82686bd7ecc355089987d21da949558.jpg
Uniball Monster Rides Upper Control Arms....these have a shitload of castor adjustment available -

    Swaybar relocators -
    Swaybarrelocators01_778e4457b28e3fcbbe1c47284992dda3095be8cb.jpg
Not sure if Im getting the beefed up swaybar links sent aswell...will see...these bits are getting sent to me mates workshop who will fit them this weekend for me.
I also have to organise tyres by weeks end.....the hilux will be on display at the Monster Rides Vendor Stall at Tuff Truck Comp the following week.
I have great discount pricing from either Toyo or Goodyear so my choice is down to the MTR Kevlar or the Open Country MT's.....size will be 305/70x16 (33/12.5x16)
opinions on either would be great.
    waycool1
bashplate is still getting modded...hard to find time.rollseye2

    OK,
Found a set of Goodyear MTR Kevlar in 305/70x16's....must be the last set or two in the country and didn't want to miss out on the buy 3 get 1 free offer....even with that fitted it comes to 1680 bux
retail on the 305 here is 560 per tyre :xmoon:
    Yep, drop your pants pricing.....
So the bodymount will get chopped this weekend after the new suspension gets fitted saturday and tyres get fitted Monday morning....

The Toyo rep hasn't come to the party yet and I couldn't leave this any longer so went ahead with it and got the MTR's.

Thanks to Scuba on ttora for posting the pic of the MTR Kevlar sidewall flexin (see below - no beadlocks aired down to 12psi) and also want to thank Bovads and his truck for inspiration....I got the below pic as my computer desktop picture at work and the goodyears look damn tuff!
