Hip pain when driving Taco?

Have you seen those "noodles" they sell at big box stores? They're for kids to play with when swimming. They're about 5 feet long, made of some kind of foam. They're like $2. I got one and cut off about 18". Then I sliced it lengthwise, so it's kind of a long U-shaped piece of foam.

I store that under the seat. And on long trips I can just pull it out and stick it under my thighs/behind the knees. It just changes up the position a little.

 

I am 5’11” and have sore hips only when drive 20 Taco Lmtd for 1+ hours. 1” seat mod didn’t help. I’d pay $2k for alternative seats if I knew they’d fit resolve issue bec I love Taco and MPG. No one in thread has tried anything that works except one Taco owner stated the 1” mod worked for them. As info, I’ve driven 50+ cars for 4+ hours and Taco is only one with issue.

 

In drivers seat getting major pain just below hip. I feel like it’s due to getting out of the truck and how I’m doing it. The raised area to left of the seat squishes down and digs into my bone.

 

Me too I found myself flaring out my right foot . If I drive more square and sink my lower back flush against the very bottom of the seat I have zero pain.
