Hiring for semi trailer mechanic (Phoenix)

Seeking entry/mid-level mobile semi-trailer technician

We are an established business (80+ years) with a rapidly expanding trailer repair department, and a large list of clients expecting quality scheduled and emergency service. Because this is an entry to mid-level position, on job training is available, pay will be based upon experience at $14-17 an hour with insurance/401k. This is a mobile position based at 43rd ave and Indian School, you will be driving a company provided service truck, so a decent driving record is a must, does not have to be perfect. Basic hand tools are required, some are provided, and a list can be provided upon request.

Duties include;

· Preventative maintenance
· Dot inspections
· Light diagnostics/replacement/repair
· Brakes
· Wheel end service (wheel seal/bearing/hubcaps)
· Floor/roof/wall/structural/door repair
· ABS/Air system diagnostics and repair

Desired skills;
· Tractor/Trailer experience
· Welding Arc/MIG
· Office/Organizational skills
· Invoicing
· Strong communication skills with customers and suppliers alike
