Hit and Run - Is this bumper salvagable?

I had my car parked overnight in a lot and came back to it with a piece of my bumper ripped off (as well as a big dent and some paint damage). I'm not sure the best way to get this repaired, or if it would just be worth it to change the entire bumper to something like a Fab Fours.

I posted a few pictures below, and hoping for some advice. Could this be as easy as purchasing a new chrome piece for the bumper, or will the entire thing need to be replaced.

The end cap needs replaced and possibly the thin metal frame inside the bumper, so perhaps more than half of it. You could always get an aftermarket metal bumper, there’s quite a few brands.

 

OP, why would you post this in the armor forum? of course we're gonna tell you its not salvageable and you should use insurance money to get a plate bumper

 

Maybe he needs a little moral support. That bumper is totally trashed. Get a new one. And maybe one up front to match.

 

Time for a steel bumper for that truck.
