Certain cities have curfews and limits like this. If I remember correctly this lasts for 6 months statewide but certain cities have their own laws about it.

X2. OP- Can you please prepare a 3D model of the intersection, light angles from the streetlamps, position of the moon, ambient air temperature, exact windspeed and direction at said time of impact. We also are going to need a tube of your blood.

This is classic. That totally seems like a frontal impact. How does someone else damage your truck like that? It looks like he hit something. Whats the deal?

I dont know if anyone else has mentioned...the fender flares are popped out towards the pass side...and the front plate is pulled to the drivers side slightly

the split in the lower valence of the bumper also points towards frontal impact

3 days after I bought my truck, I was involved in a hit and run similar to the OP's story

started to go from a stop at a light and a Tundra blew the redlight...i was able to stop just shy of being t-boned...he was doing approx. 50-60 mph

I clipped his rear driver's side fender with the driver's side of the front bumper

my bumper pushed in and angled downward...he bailed...no clue what damage I did to him

I seriously doubt the OP will be back on here. He was looking for sympathy and some validation to his fantasy and instead he got bitch slapped and monkey stomped into the ground. :stirthepot:

Looks like a low speed single vehicle low frontal impact to me.

I can see how that could happen. Just glad that you are okay. Kind of makes me wonder how someone could live with himself by running from the scene. What if you were hurt? He would have just left you there!

Okay so now you know, call the PD right away. I know you were scared but you have to do what is right to protect yourself. Oh and....maybe not being on the phone while driving might have helped a bit...
