She was going around 55 mph when she hit it. I expected a lot more damage than there was. She drove it for another 3 weeks until we were able to get it in the body shop.

Then I stand corrected I guess. That's impressive.
Course anyone who's changed the grille in these or even opened the hoods knows there's a lot of plastic up front and then a huge void. For... truck stuff amirite?

I hit 2 deer with my 2011 ... exactly one year apart. The 2nd hit was a big old corn fed Whitetail in Nebraska at 75 mph. I hate deer, don’t drive after dark anymore. Needless to say, I ditched the Deer Magnet.

    I feel your pain.

The first hit, 35 mph. Drove it home.

    Second hit, 75 mph. Ugh.

Not if he was in NV when this happened...we are not allowed to keep the meat from a road kill. I've seen plenty of wasted meat rotting on the side of the road around here because of it.

I'm pretty sure that's not a legal mean or method, could be wrong though.

If I was a game warden and I saw a dude hunting deer, catching and killing them with his bare hands. I'm leaving him alone. Ain't no tickets getting issued that day

The main part of it is....shit gets fucked up at 55 mph...on both sides, no matter what the design. A simple matter of mass and velocity.

sweet, two Marine Game Wardens, I'll never get a ticket again. The one in my neighborhood now is a mustang, former army then came over to the right side as a sir.
