I have a 2", looks custom built, tow receiver that came off the FRONT of a 1999 First Gen 4x4 TRD. It bolts on existing bolt holes used by the tow/anchor hooks on the front end. Sits nice and flush. Very well made. Would like $50 OBO. Will not ship, local/regional sale only. Shoreline, WA (north end Seattle), just off I-5.

The original owner used it to slid on/off a custom platform with his winch set-up (I don't have that platform, just an idea for potential uses FWIW)

I mean, free is free and this will make perfect sense if I follow through with my hitch mount winch plan.

Do you know if these holes work with an aftermarket bumper like an ARB?

Hi. I don't know. All I recall is it bolted on using the existing tow/anchor hook bolt holes on the front end of a '99 TRD.
