I'm thinking about buying a hitch mounted motorcycle carrier as I have a short bed and I always have tools/toolbox in the bed shrinking it even further...
I have a plated wr400 supermoto project. The bike only weighs about 270lbs but I would like to have the option to carry a streetbike at times so I'm looking at a 600lb+capacity carrier.

The website selling it says a class III/IV receiver is required.

What is the stock tacoma receiver? (Tow package)

Does anyone else own one of these or something similar?

The tow hitch is connected to your frame by about 8 bolts if i remember correctly. I have seen people hook up double axle trailers and haul them around, so a single motorcycle should be fine.
