Not sure what happened. I bought a pair of Caliraised Ditch Lights (which by the way are pretty cool). I tried wiring it up, now my truck won't start. It keeps cranking, but doesn't turn over. The only thing I did was added the add a circuit and plugged it into the horn fuse which was a 10 amp. Is it possible that pulling that fuse messed something up? I wouldn't think so, but, I guess I could be wrong. Thank goodness for the Toyota Complimentary Tow. Guess I'll see in the morning what's going on. Any ideas?

Probably should have undone everything and then tried starting it.

Oopps. That might be a slight problem. GL. All I know is these trucks are fickle and can tantrum when you mess with wiring anywhere. Did you diconnect battery durning install?

I unplugged everything, and still nothing. I originally had it wired strait from the battery, but my rocker switch stayed lit when the truck was off. So then I followed the wiring with the add a circuit, that's when it happened. I did not disconnect my battery.

Everything's tight. Truck cranks, but doesn't fire up. Almost like the fuel pump is bad.

No fuses popped. I thought I had read people having issues when they unplugged the battety. Normally, I would disconnect it. But maybe it truly is finicky...or I really messed up.

May have been a little of both. I have had my battery disconnected a few times and its still fine. Disconnect it always and let the truck discharge for about 20 minutes. Certain parts hold a charge after disconnect like air bags. So let is discharge then do your mod.

Did you do the add a fuse and add a fuse for the old one you removed? You need to have the total of what you add and what was there before. My guess is if you did not its not getting enough to work. I had this issue when I was running the anytime backup camera mod.

The horn fuse is constant hot, dont ever wire accessories to a fuse that sees battery voltage at all times. :bananadead:

That usually means you have the switch wired to the relay wrong.
