I just heard from my Laywer. Seems that the state watchdog agency that I turned my HOA over to, has made contact with them. They are initiating an audit of them. Also, My Laywer said that she told the Property managment company that she is representing me, and all of my actions have not been in violation of any CC&R's. (No mention of the flame thrower). Im not allowed to post any pics of the HOA members on the board. I had an encounter with a couple of people from the managment company yesterday, and they were all smiles and as nice as could be. Perhaps this is finally going to be put to rest, and they will leave me alone. :)

thansk, you guys. We'll see how this pans out. Turns out that there were alot more people on my side than I originally thought. My Lawyer said that she has letters of me being a good neigbor from 12 different addresses!

No sideing here, and as far as I know, I didnt hit any houses. :D

There will still be some antics. Trust me. :spy:
    Stay tuned. ;)

It seems a few rules were added thru a "Secret" meeting, and no home owners got to vote on them. I was told that they would be reversed imediatly. As for a "Flame thrower" clause, there isnt one yet. :D

Good for you, Chris. I'm in a small battle with my HOA as we speak. They are trying to make me remove my Directv dish's from the front side of my house. They apparently have a rule that you cannot have them visible from the street. However, they've been there for 4.5 years and there's this little government agency called the FCC who has put laws on the books preventing them from doing this. You need line of sight in order to obtain a signal and putting them on the back of my house prevents that.

    Score:
    Wilson - 1
    HOA - 0
