    Haven't been on skates in a few years , Think the last time was at the easy street rink in simi. Before a friends game. I can't take any kind of front impact to my left knee. If I do it's game over for a few days to weeks It's nice to see a thick layer of dust on my crutches , But I do miss playing ,

    I guess if they move Luongo they will have the space, how does their cap look otherwise?

    If NJ wins the cup Parise's price will go even higher. He won't have to worry about being on a competitive team. If not he might be motivated to try again somewhere else.

    I have to agree.

    They could get a lot more for Schneider. Ultimately Gillis should to do what is best for the team's future. If the offer for Schneider is rich, I would only make sense for Gillis to act accordingly. However, the city of Vancouver would blow a shit-storm if that happened. An effigy of Gillis would be publicy destroyed on a weekly basis.

    My understanding is that if he takes a year off, his salary is actually still on the books in Boston. Even though he isn't paid, he is still under contract. I figured he might do this to keep himself in Boston and see what happens
