First, understandable for sure, I have learned not to take anything too seriously here, likewise I hope you realize the same about my reply.

Fair enough on the call, although that's the thing, we have those types of goals happen against it all the time, it's arguable whether or not it should be a goal but we get nailed with it all the time, this was just one of the times we lucked out on the call.

As for Doughty, I should preface it by saying, I've followed Dougty's career since Junior and I think the guy is a killer D-man and would love to have him on my team, that being said he is still a little dirty, not Cooke/Gillies dirty by any means but still a little more dirty than the average guy. You are right he is getting better year by year but there is still that small dirty element in his game left in his game that come out time to time. None of this is a bad thing, there are a few guys on our team I would put in the same boat and they are a huge part of the team, but the Sedins would definitely not be one of those.

The Sedins were pretty terrible there first few years in the NHL, borderline useless, but they have never been dirty guys, not one suspended game for either of them. Not to mention the amount of liberties taken against them on a daily basis that go uncalled, they don't really complain, just bounce up and keep going.

 

I liked Doughty when he was on Team Canada in the Olympics

 

Ya there weren't a whole lot of guys on that team I could say I didn't like, I even found myself develope a two week hatred towards Kesler

There is one, it's a big Gold Medal display we can go and check out in Rogers Arena.

Speaking of Room.....its a shame there won't be any left for you to make it into the playoffs this year.

The funny thing about this all is before following this thread I didn't really have a problem with the Rangers or Flyers

In fact, I love John Tortorella, and was a big Flyers fan as a kid because of Hextall and Lindros.

It's amazing what a little ripping back and forth can do to ones allegiance. I find myself cheering against them just for the off chance of being able to gloat on an internet forum

Wouldn't have it any other way though, it's good to hate somebody other than Chicago for a change.....
