    Why was Thornton fined US$2,820.52 for unsportsmanlike conduct and Lundqvist fined $5,000 when Perry was fined nothing?

    Thornton was during play, but Lundqvist and Perry were after play stopped.

    Did you guys talk about this and I missed it?

    Yes it was talked about. The fines were a maximum based on percentage of salary per game. Saskcrotch did the math on the chalk board for us

    Edit : IE Lundquist salary is substantially greater than Thorntons

    I'd tell you but...

    Honestly there's 2 sites and a few twitter follows I get most of them from. During these playoffs a lot more people got the capture software to record whatever they're watching on tv then post them as gifs within minutes of the event happening. The guy I used to rely on grew up and got a job. A JOB! It's like he's gotta be responsible now. Which is more than we can all say about BGR posting pics from his favorite local beach.
