since when is this a reviewable play ?

 

who knows? not an everyday kinda goal

 

but my point is whether or not a touch was made by the opposing team on a delayed penalty is not reviewable as far as I am aware , so how can they go upstairs on that goal ?

I'm not sure how that would play into this as they were reviewing whether the delayed penalty should have been called prior to the goal , hard to say

They just mentioned there is an ambulance on standby , but CBC won't have an update till the first intermission
