I haven't a clue what the answers to those questions are. I assume ''ineligible ' is being defined by very specific parameters.

1. Difference between a match, a gross, and a 5+GM?

Match Penalty = Referee deems the penalty was an attempt to injure.
Gross Penalty = Penalty does not fit under anything specific but it is a travesty to the game (ie. Coaches throwing sticks onto the ice during a stopage)
5+GM = Anything else can basically fall under this if it is sever enough or there is an injury on the play.

2. When is a hand pass is legal from the neutral zone?

A hand pass is legal from the neutral zone back into offending teams defensive zone.

3. What is an ineligible player in hockey?

This one is fun. An ineligible player in hockey is simply anyone who doesn't have there skates on or above the ice surface when they play the puck. If someone comes out of the players bench on a legal change or a player comes out of the penalty box but plays the puck before both skates are out of the gate they are accessed 2 minutes for ineligible player.

If the change is illegal it's simply Too Many Men.

 

I'm guessing they can't figure out how to put it on mute.

 

Only reason I knew the Ineligible one was because a Wild player got penalized coming out of the penalty box for playing the puck after only putting one skate on the ice haha
