it was a goal. I agree the with your sentiment about the coach's challenge as well. It is about as terrible as the refing is these days.

 

So tonight SN has decided to let us see the Oilers game. How nice of them to actually allow us to see the programming on the channel we pay them for....assholes

 

It was on SN1 which is their national channel

 

They have it running on 4 channels here

 

It started on SN1 , the regional channels switched to it after the Jets game , point being its on the nationsl channel so not blacked out

Actually I'm not even fully convinced he was embellishing. The first game vs. TOR he tried to lay out Byfuglien and ended up looking like a guy running smack into a light post. Does this guy weigh 120 lbs.? He sure plays like it.

 

Haha ... yup, Kadapus reminds me of the multitude 'nuck candy asses. Perhaps it's the environment that brings this out.

If you watched Kadri you'd realize he is well known for drawing penalty calls. He's one of those guys the opposition hates but the fansof his team loves, when he shows up, so I'm okay with whatever a few Jets fans want to say about him. Kadri does hit and he's fought more than a few times. Can anyone hit Byfuglien and not look like they hit a lamp post? I mean, the guy looks like he ate a few fire hydrants. Kadri is a good balanced physical skill player whose making major steps towards being consistent, which has been his biggest drawback.

 

I'm not too sure that he tried to draw a penalty , I think he just ended up colliding with the much larger Meyers and took the worst of it , not a penalty , not s dive either

You are way off base here Oz ... Brown is a proven warrior and 2 time SC champ.

At least Kadri has a little thing called skill. It's not even worth talking about him and Brown in the same sentence. Totally different players. Brown will likely be out of the league in a few years once he slows down. Hell, he's almost already there. Kadri will be a top 3 player on any team in another year or two. It might not even be on the Leafs if he decides to leave.

 

Agreed....but he did look over to the ref with his offended face after picking his ass up off of the ice.

 

Brown has a little thing called heart (along with skill) and the only reason he will be gone soon is because he gave it his all. Players that do that don't last long due to the all out style of play.. like Lappy and Granato. Ian may have lasted 16 seasons but the last few were woeful as far as production goes.

I would take an advanced age Marty McSorley over Kadapus ... maybe he needs to clean his sandy vagina ?!
