My hometown won Hockeyville!! Not too shabby at all for such a small little farm town.

 

I'm even cheering for the Leafs tonight! Come on Kadri pull some more convincing dives.

 

I'll say yup. I could never cheer for the fLames. Not in a million years!!

 

But I'm a little shocked to see others here, opening admit they cheer for the Oilers. I thought I was the only one here that had that special level of brain damage.

I don't want it. I want nothing to do with day 1 of the Draft.

As long as the Oil are Drafting at, or close to, number 1......they will continue to be a toilet team. Have zero respect in the NHL. And be the whipping boys of the league. Not to mention.......continue to get poor calls against, by the refs (league).
Wherever they land this year.....I hope they package that in a trade (with maybe Yak - or a couple others) for some legit, actual NHL players. Hopefully defense.

I completly agree, Yak will be gone for sure. May Eberly too, we need another Pronger.

 

What the Oil need is a complete revamp of their defensive core. Bringing Ference in was like putting a bandaid on a amputated limb, but at least they seem to have started to figure out their goalie issues. Something that the Flames need to work on this year.
