They should trade Thornton , but nobody wants him .

3 goals in the playoffs ? 1 for Heatley ?

    Big line my ass

Thorton did not play poorly IMO, and Heatly was hurt. Although it was a sweep, it is not like the Sharks did not have opertunities to win a few games. Had a much better post season then last year, better post season than 26 other teams ;), good year overall, looking forward to the fall! GO SHARKS!

Thornton , Heatley and Marleau were a combined -18 for the playoffs , that doesn't get it done when you are supposed to be the scoring production for your team .

I wouldn't mind that so much.

It's true that your top scoring line should be doing a lot better than -18, however, you can't rely on them for every single game. Yes they weren't too hot but in the Hawks series they weren't the worst.

Even though the Hawks swept my team I hope they take the cup.

The Bolland line for the Hawks is awesome as far as closing down the opponents top lines and can chip in with scoring when they get the chance .

They did it to the Sedin line with Vancouver and the Thornton line in San Jose .

If Nabby goes , who do you think will be the #1 ? Not Griess ?

Well ^^^ this guy sure as shit didn't know what he was talking about !

    OH well , c'est la vie .

Congrats to the Flyers , I was really hoping for the Habs to be the giant killers over Washington and Pittsburgh and hoist the mug in their 100th season , but the Philly comeback from 3-0 with two nobody goalies that are playing unbeleivable is a pretty cool story as well .

This final series threatens to be a nasty affair !

We are on our 3rd goaltender. The finals will be a tough road, the Hawks are tough and loaded with talent.
At this point, win or lose, i am proud to bleed ORANGE & BLACK!

No I don't think Greiss will be but he really wasn't given much of a chance in the regular season to show he is a decent goalie. I don't know who will be the #1 but either way if Nabby stays or leaves there will be changes.

I hope the Hawks take the cup. They really seem to be on in their game, however, the Flyers just have some miracle with goalies.

Maybe the Sharks should make a grab for Leighton ! Do you realize the Flyers aquired him off waivers for $ 11,500 ?

and don't forget, they had to win in a shootout just to make the playoffs...they seem to be a team of destiny. I still hate 'em for beating my Bruins though.

    :D

We used to watch them all the time when we had comcast - but since we switched to DirectTV, the games aren't as available to us so we kinda stopped watching. It's been several years. I know, I know.....

We'll have to dust off our LeClair and Prospal jerseys for this. :D (laugh - how long ago was that?)

Directv has versus again. Almost all the Flyers playoff games have been on and not blacked out.
