As shitty as the last Vancouver game was I almost enjoyed the scene at the end where Eager scored and stood over Lou talking trash! Notwithstanding the fact that the Sharks got their asses handed to them for 2 1/2 periods up to then, it was pretty funny.
As the saying goes "go start the bus" ... Big Joe T et al show once again that they are a team built for the regular season!
As for Van, you can feel it in the air, that thickness in their throats as they make their way to the finals only to CHOKE!!!!!

 

Canucks will win tonight , you're one to talk after the Bruin's historic , epic choke to the Flyers last year .

I guess we can't use "Choke" and "Vancouver Canucks" in the same sentance when it comes to the Stanley Cup now can we?
Let revisit some of the great and only runs that they've had in playoff finals:
1982 - swept by Islanders.
1994 - Lost in finals once again, this time to Rangers

(I'm guessing Oz, you were one of the loogins who rioted after that loss?) and that's about it before this year.

So, when it comes to measuring success, only one thing counts and that's Stanley Cups and Vancouver has a grand total of 0 (Zero as in they aren't even good enough to choke) and Boston well, they have 5 (as in if you're a Canuck fan, maybe you should STFU and watch the games!)

The Islanders did outclass Vancouver in the '82 run , the Rangers won the Cup by one goal .

As for the Islanders - They outclassed a lot of teams in the 80's, we'll leave it at that.
Rangers/Canucks was a close, hard-faught series that went down to the wire.
Anyway, I think I mentioned somewhere that I was actually cheering for the Nuks - just felt I should stick up for the Bruins.

Just want to point out that it was LAST YEAR. We recovered and stuck it to them this year, and aren't going down without a fight against the bolts. I'm fine with you saying typical Sharks fan, but you cross the line this time!
