I had over 1k in Vancouver Canucks tickets for last night's game. I gave them away. Took me weeks to find someone who wanted them. I didn't pay a dime for them either. It's good to see the Fins suffering the "Canada Effect", IE losing at the WJC because they're best were too good last year and their best players ended up top of the draft which lead to them being unavailable in their prime WJC years. Team Canada looks okay so far but not dominant. We will see how they fair against some real stiff competition coming up soon. Russia was good but Canada outplayed them start to finish.

 

So the Wild extended the win streak to 11 games tonight

And I just read that they've only had one game the entire season where they lost by more than one goal. I'll take that any day

Not a huge Fleury fan but holy shit what a save.

 

Yes that was amazing.

I love MAF, but obviously a big Murray fan. MAF over-plays a lot, but he can recover and make spectacular saves. Murray, on the other hand, is a guy you show your kids how to emulate. That dude is so textbook and precise.
