    It won't happen. The owner of the Sens is one defiant son of a bitch. He won't pack up and move his team unless it's his only option to keep them functional. As discussed pages ago Ottawa is just a marginal spot for an NHL franchise and it doesn't help that the building they have now is in just about the worse spot you could choose to make a bad situation worse.
