No doubt. As an Avs fan it gave me flashbacks of the Bertuzzi Moore incident. Moore wasn't even good... can't imagine if that happened to a player like Mackinnon

No similarity to the Moore-Bertuzzi incident. Moore Bertuzzi incident had a lot in common with the Keith-Sedin incident. Those were incidents that were obvious attempts to injure.

Morrissey did not intend to make contact with Staals neck. He is a small defensman in a high intensity game trying to box out a larger man in Staal. No doubt he contacted him high and should have been penalized. Morrissey wasn’t even looking Staals way when he made contact. He was watching the play in the corner while doing what defenseman do, box out and play their opposing man physically.

I have been watching Morrissey play for years now. He is a clean player. Bertuzzi and Keith are low IQ goons.

I am not talking about Morrissey... Subbans sucker punch to Mackinnon is what I'm referring to

Ah, my mistake. Yeah, Subban does those things. Then turtles when he is challenged.

    “Not looking at him”

Maybe he has eyes in the back of his head? Since the puck was along the boards behind him when he took down Staal?

Woof... No O.... will get you every time... Flower had some solid saves. Of course it was Mcnabb with the dagger.

Knights are a good team, interested to see how far they can go.

Up against Rinne and Vasilevskiy. Idiots forgot about Andersen and Scott Foster.

He plays with crazy glue on his fingers. Every time he tries to fight he can't seem to get his gloves off.

Boudreau said it cost them the game. Wild had over 2 full periods to score a single goal and I'm pretty sure Morrissey didn't single handedly break up every one of their scoring chances. He'll probably get a game for that though.

Considering all the talking heads have said it will be a suspension that means the call on the ice should’ve been a 5 and a game misconduct. That means a minute of 5 on 3 play, plus another four minutes of 5 on 4. Plus the Jets are down a D man the rest of the game. It absolutely could’ve changed the game.

At the end of the Day Minnesota didn’t put the luck in the net which is on them, but if the play was called correctly in the first place it could’ve been a whole different game. Oh well, it is what it is.

So ridiculous. I like PK but he plays like a douche sometimes.

Also a BS move, IMO. Staal is like 6'4 I'm not buying that he did that on accident.

I never count them out, since they have been known to come back. But I also said that last night about LA, so what do I know at this point lol.

    LMAO indeed!
