Marner is still missing the big time game plays in the playoffs which to his defence he did not really get much a chance yet. The play you can show anyone who ever asks about Kanes talent was in 2013 when he had the zone entry to tie the game. Not many players on earth ever put something like that together day after day in big time games. Not to mention the OT Cup winner. Kane just delivers. Marner needs to show us he has another level when the time comes and then we can put him in Kane territory

Ya I don't think he's on Kane's level but just something I saw with a comparison. Same reason that I can't imagine him being a better stand-alone player than Matthews either, but some seem to think he will be (or even better). Regardless, he is a beast but maybe not Kane / Matthews level (in my opinion).

Let's be honest, any Cali team at some point was looked at as a joke. By now, they are all on the same level pretty much. All 3 of the franchises are pretty solid and the fanbase is pretty decent, considering the area.
