I know TSN was reporting that the Flames were conducting the investigation in order to provide solid basis to void Peters contract. If voided for breach of contract he would receive no compensation. Who knows what deal the Flames agreed to when he resigned, I'm guessing we will never know but he will get some compensation.

Pretty confident there was an NDA signed too so no one will ever know what truly happened. There was probably a small pay out only to stop the bleeding on the Flames end and a small chance that Peters might get a job again but not in the N.
