NJ is still the most surprising to me. Very impressive start.

 

I'm no hot dog eating Phil Kessel fan but 1000+ consecutive games is pretty impressive

I can't figure out the Canucks this season , lose 7 or 8 games after being up 2 goals to mediocre teams so far , come back from being down in the 3rd to beat the Stanley Cup Champs tonight

 

They have to position themselves just out of the playoffs but without a shot at the number one pick somehow

 

Wait....I thought the Oilers D and the 'new' can of 'leaky' soup is working on that!?!?

 

somehow the POS Canucks are only 3 points back of the "Stanley Cup Contender" Coilers

 

Yeah....if that's not a 'kick in the dick', I don't what is...

 

I love five games in social media had the Leafs finishing in 30th and the Oilers hoisting the cup. Good times.

I saw a headline on Twitter that they were searching for a forward though lol. That team is just tough to understand. Campbell doesn't look good, I admit that. But their D sometimes is puzzling. I still think they need a coach to reign them in and play more structured. It'll maybe hurt the stars stat-wise but I think it's going to be better for the team. Probably won't happen though because no coach wants to be the guy that prevents McDavid from getting his 100+ pts. He will get grilled by the media.

Oh wow that is terrible. I thought when he missed the game that he was maybe just sick or something. Didn't expect to hear this, especially after how it happened once before. I wonder if he will be advised to stop playing? I know it says that they don't expect any lasting results but that is scary.

Tonight's Pens game was hilarious. They got at Binner, he was rattled. Zuck is so key this year. He looks like how we expected when we traded for him. Absolutely love to see it. It's a huge lift when he contributes. Nice to see Kap hatty. He's so streaky, I wish he could find some consistency.

 

The real chuckle came when Greiss somehow slipped, fell into the net and dislodged ot, as he entered the game to replace Binnington, who had been chased from the game by Zucker's goal.

 

Ya what the heck lol. He caught his front-outside edge and went head first into the crossbar lol. That was hilarious too.
