So once again the Flames aquire somone they traded away, or never resigned back on their roster. I wonder what this means for Iginla?

In all honestly, that's a terrible trade for the Habs, They traded away a solid 30+ goal scorer, for a 20 goal scorer for half the cap hit. They should have gotten picks and prospects to rebuild on. Not someone that's probaly already peaked out in their carreer and has been suspended already.

 

Like I said before , the Habs GM should fire himself .

The irony is that Gauthier, one of the few french-cdn's left in that organization is it's achilles heel.

...Though Renee Bourque is a name that sounds pretty francais...

Bourque does give Monteal some size, muscle and points if he finds some chemistry there. I have always liked him, though he has failed to reach his potential.
