Wow , where do I start , for one , I will agree , that was an annihilation , without any question , and I don't just mean the score , not sure how badly Burrows was hurt when he took the Jarrett Stoll slapshot in the throat , I hope he will not be out long .

You made a good call on Bernier , he played well , as did most of the Kings , especially Dustin Brown with the hat-trick .

So Acmair , I guess you take this round , the only glimmer in an otherwise black hole of a game was that Henrik Sedin got a point to stay 3 ahead of Ovechkin ,

Yeah, I was shocked that the Kings commentators didn't mention anything about Burrows. That one-timer by Stoll could have done some real damage. If anything, the game was an off game for Luongo, matched with a good game by the Kings, leading to the score difference. Yeah, I hate Ovi, so I'm hoping Sedin stays ahead of him. Kings v Canucks would be a good matchup for quarterfinals. And I don't mean that because we won, because we lost the last 5 to Canucks.

 

They didn't update his condition on the Vancouver broadcast either , I looked at the slo mo , and it looks like it gets him in the adams apple , that can be really bad , he wasn't leaking blood when he went off , and nobody was looking for his teeth on the ice , so I don't think he got it in the mouth ,

Yeah the slo mo did show the shot going right at his adams apple. He would have been bleeding pretty bad if he got it in the mouth.

LOL! That just proves my ignorance toward everything that's no American. Sorry. Man, Kesler came out hard this game, hitting. Whoever that Glass guy is, I don't like him. It seemed to me like he was just trying to stir up trouble. Maybe that's what Canucks needed to get momentum though

 

You're high , Glass is awesome , they got him from the Panthers I think , he is a hard working grinder type , and yes he is a shit disturber .

He's been in and out of the line up , usually on the 4th line with Johnson , Rypien and trades spots usually with Hortichuck .

If Kings pass Detroit in points, and they're only 1 point behind, with 3 more wins, so even a tie would go Kings way, it'd probably be Kings v Canucks first round. Man thatd be exciting hockey!

Yeah injuries set them back at the start of the season, til recently. But they are picking up. I doubt Chicago would be worried though. They play with such high tempo, I dont think Detroit would be able to keep up too well, honestly.

They will finish with more points than Vancouver. Its nearly a fact. Theres the slightest chance they wont. Same with Kings going to end up with more points than Predators, and possibly even red wings, but I don't know if that's a good idea. I'd rather play Canucks than Coyotes, sorry OZ.

It's pretty tough actually. Yotes, Avs, Oilers... but I have hope, if Quick will pick up his game. He's been SO damn shaky lately its frightening. Did you see him literally give the puck to Bobby Ryan, while he was in back of the net yesterday, resulting in a goal? It was horrible!!
