What was the Canucks best moment? Not a whole lot to remember. It's kind of like the Nashville thing. You hang banners for whatever is positive when not much has happened in your history.

Lol. Maybe I am biased, since I'm a Patrick O'Sullivan fan but his stories about Burrows changed how I viewed him. Seems like a bit of a tool to be honoring. But just my opinion. Canucks had plenty of good players, so not sure what the point is of recognizing a role player who was on the edge of being dirty.

    :fistbump:

Pens game was good. Might be a bit of a goalie controversy in PGH. Will be interesting with Murray in a contract year and likely looking to double his salary. Not sure what is going to happen.

Jesus, $410 CAD for a decent helmet and visor now (Tack 710 with proclip) . The new concussion tech is good I'm sure but decent fitting and feeling helmets shouldn't be that crazy priced

Ya I buy a decent one but it's always on the end of year sales. I don't remember paying more than 50% off for any gear in years

Didn't have much choice this time. The foam is cracking out of my Vector 10. It lasted like 7 years so I can't complain.

Flamable foam plus a blowtorch could be fun.

Ya I guess that's true. I have a couple helmets, one no visor is we ever play something like pickup ball hockey here your forced to wear one, one with a visor I use for the competitive ball hockey league I play and one with one of those titanium cages I use for ice hockey. Got tired of getting hit near the eye
Sticks are the big one. I go through a couple in ice a year and 3-4 in Ball hockey. Of course I am a princess about them too and need decent ones

Arent those cheaper than the 3DS though? That was the one I was looking at. Mine is a few years old and I need a new one also.

Also, going to Kessel tribute night as he makes his triumphant return to Pittsburgh. Can't wait.

Yeah, there are more expensive lids but I didn't like the fit of anything except the high end Tack and one of the high teir Bauers. From there I just went with the cheaper option.

I support local on equipment. No point ordering online when I need the local place to stay open to keep my skates sharp and my ref laces in stock.

The helmet price BTW was roughly the same online.
