Wow...thats bad. I'm glad you were not injured due to catastrophic frame failure. I hope no one else is, either.

You have 3 options with frame holes.
    1) least ideal: patch over the holes. Quick fix but will not fix the issue long term.
    2) ok treatment: clean out the inside of the frame as best as possible, cut out and weld in replacing badly rust stop
    3) best: find a replacement frame. It's actually not that bad of a job IF you have access to the right equipment.

If you go with options 1 or 2, needle the entire frame, vacuum or blow out the inside of the frame, then treat with a rust converter and finally cover inside and out with an oil or wax based undercoating.

Yes, we are too! I hope the dealership is honest and sells it to be parted out. The first two years of ownership was out West in the desert, and once we moved to Maryland it got bad crazy fast with all this rain and humidity. Our regular mechanic was even surprised. If we had more bandwidth for a project we would have replaced the frame. There are so many recent reviews of customers having the same issue with rhino lined vehicles where we purchased it. They should be stopped, but no idea where to start other than another bad google review.

You can find a frame for not too too much from a junkyard, many will have replaced frames or you can sometimes even find a "new" frame for 2~3k. the work isn't too bad if you have the equipment or can rent a bay, it's doable in 2~3 days. The only issues are casualties with other parts that can happen while trying to take it apart.

Here was mine. I ended up doing a full main-frame swap on it.

Then we double coated all the parts underneath with POR15. Turned out great and is working as it did in 08
