Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
It doesn't come from the company, but we get a hefty gift from our Check Pilots each year. They usually take us out to some place fancy, wine and dine us, then shower us with gifts and cash. It is quite nice.

Last year was $300 and we had a dinner/drinks party. I work for a company with only 5 employees. Having a party again this year, we'll see about the $ I'm not complaining. I've lost about five hours a week average this year, so it's not been the best year but I'm still employed.

For the last 2 years the CTO gave each of the IT staff a coffee mug (with the company name on it) inside the mug was a instant hot cocoa, a candy cane, and assorted bite size candies.

Bonus - NO!, I couldn't even give my employees a cost a living raise this year. How am I supposed to do merit raises if there is no money for the raises? Like others have said glad to have a job, but we lost our 401K match & our cafeteria discount this year plus our insurance went up X 2, whats next meters in the parking lot.:)

I work for a printing company too. I'm a Traffic Manager in the warehouse. We havent' a bonus in 3-4 years use to be $100. No raises in 5-6 years. Company filed Chapter 11 about 1 1/2 years ago. They got behind on paying us for 3 weeks. And the keep laying off people and cut our hours. The whole plant was down to 20 hours last week... Nice Christmas bonus ... I guess lucky to have a job.

Wow....They filed Chapter 11 and are still up & running? Are you worried that they might pull the plug someday?

The printing business struggles. Aside from material cost increases, the postal regulations & costs have skyrocketed - and the customers want their products done much cheaper and better quality. If you sneeze on their products wrong, they can take it elswhere and still get competitive pricing. You can't be sleeping on the job, as everything is under a microscope anymore.

TW is only big enough for one Sergio Mister.

Seriously though, no bonus. That shit is long gone along with job security and employee loyalty. Although they wonder why when they treat their employees like expendables.

Seriously though it's the end of TW, there's 2 Sergio's on here.

    S'fucked up son!

didn't vote because my employer likes to wait until the last minute - last year we got ours on December 23rd. Its not much - I think I got about $250 last year. We are in the construction industry and things have been a lot slower lately so I'm not expecting anything this year. If I do see a bonus I will be happy with whatever it is!
