    I dont. I get yearly bonuses which pretty much equal pre-paid vacation pay but no Christmas bonuses. My wife gets one though, and her company gave away 10 iPads and 5k at their Xmas party this yr. Pretty cool, specially since I'm typing this on one of the iPads right now :D

    Never get a holiday bonus. We get unlimited overtime when we're busy, just got a 5% raise etc, certification and night diff so it all works out in the end.

    Nope, no holiday bonus, although I am eligible for up to 20% of my salary as a bonus paid out annually around the end of February. It's never been maxed out (usually somewhere around 10% of my salary as a bonus before taxes) but I feel incredibly lucky for it. It usually comes in right about the same time federal and income tax returns hit so March is pretty good for us.

    I was handed a check for $1800 by the owner of my company, dinner, drinks, and a night at the Hilton downtown. The $1800 was the 3rd bonus I got this year, all of them totaled about 10% of my salary. Oh, and my company has 791 locations and 1 owner. And last year was the 49th consecutive year of growth and profit. I LOVE my job!!
