in july i get a safety bonus= $1,500, if someone gets hurt on my projects then i get nothing, if the other 3 supervisors and I have only one injury apiece we all get $500. our employees on each project at the end of each week are eligible for a safety drawing, i throw their names in a hat, and draw a winner, catch is they have to show up everyday and on time, if someone gets injured on that particular job, safety drawing is ceased. end of the yrs bonus is usually around 6-10k..really comes in handy in the middle of dec. and that is just a few perks i am grateful for.

It depends for me and my coworkers. If we get out jobs done in time and have a good year we usually get a xmas bonus. This year sucked so we didn't get an xmas bonus.:(

10K bonus and 5.2K raise. I feel lucky, but still think my boss (the owner) is an ass.

We get nothing except bs "awards". They even give the janitor a trophy and he sleeps in the warehouse all freakin day. To top it off they spelled my name wrong on mine. The old company I worked for used to gives us a couple hundred dollars every year. I still have a job so I consider myself lucky around here, I know too many people that are unemployed.

My last job like 6 years ago. The boss gave everybody $1,000 cash for christmas bonus. 10 - $100 bills. All turned out to be counterfeit. Boss left the country, company went under. We almost got put in jail for using counterfeit bills.

Big court case. We won, but he has yet to be found.
