    Mystic is a really nice area. Have been going with the wife for many years. Mystic Pizza, though, is something you do once as a tourist. If you've had NJ/NY real pizza than mystic pizza will seem pretty lame (it is). When going to Ct. one must go to Frank Pepes'.

    Great place for couples (I've seen you post about a bf iirc), very little for kids. Good selection of resturants, lots of great sightseeing if your into that, Foxwoods casino is maybe a 15min ride. I've done a good bit of road riding there but have never brought the mtn bike up. I've also brought my kayak and had a great time doing that. Beutiful fall paddling. Great long weekend place to relax. Sorry, enough of my thread hijacking.

    It is a long ride but for a good sammich since we got robbed last year and the place was closed because they didn't have any water.... It's nice to get out and go for a drive for the day just to get away, see some good guys and a bunch of tacos and Cheesesteaks!
