Oops, you're right. I was thinking the anytime locker mod.

 

Scared the hell out me for a second haha (since I just did it today). If you haven't done it, I highly suggest it.

 

Meh, I need to do the ABS disable switch still, but I'm just gonna throw a locker in the front and back and call it a day

 

A much more expensive (but better) choice.

I also did the ABS killswitch today. Literally takes like 30 minutes and makes a very big difference.

 

Yeah I've just been lazy about it. Truck mods are at a stand still when I'm working nights every day lol

 

the YWM does it turn on TRAC? TRAC regulates engine power output AND Brakes on wheel spin. Correct?
In 2wd mode if you hit the VSC button it turns OFF TRAC and allows only wheel braking. But leave the engine power alone. Correct?

So I wonder if I am trying to crawl out of a situation I don't want my engine output decreased I only want the the wheel spin brakes and power transfered to the wheel with grip. Not decreased engine output. So my question is, does the YWM turn on TRAC or does it turn on VSC?

 

From what I know (someone else more knowledgeable, please pitch in), TRAC is on in 2hi and 4hi. It turns off when you go to 4lo and the mod prevents the truck's computer from knowing it's in 4lo, some TRAC stays on.
