I had a great time yesterday and seeing everyone. My daughter was a little upset I didn't go over the tire obstacle or the pipes, but she had a blast for her first wheeling trip. Also remind me NEVER to get recovered by Eric...haha

Had a great time wheeling and meeting you guys. The woman missed this trip because of work so she's been on my case about the next meet. Definitely looking forward to it, and I'll bring something for the grill so Proyota isn't stuck with it all again.

That is awesome, my five year old usually goes with me when I go out wheeling. He is my co pilot.

I'm going to have to make a new thread. How much time should I give it before the actual date out there? A month or so? maybe less?

What's the story on pismo? I've never been beach wheeling or atv'ing. Is it all about jumping or what? I'm down to check it out and/or go camping. That would be a blast.

Definitely don't go jumping your truck if it's not built for that type of off-roading. Don't be THIS guy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ItCvTWOt2yE

It was fun meeting new folks and seeing familiar faces. The day passed by really fast.

Hey Glenn, thank you. I appreciate the compliments:cheers:. I'm eager to see which set of wheels you would actually wheel with and which set you would daily drive with:D.

Yup, that's why I'm wondering what there is to do down there - my truck is a 2-4 wheels-on-the-ground vehicle.

Vid was painful to watch... Really bad idea, can't imagine what he was thinking.

You can still have a lot of fun in the dunes without jumping like a mad man. Air down and start kicking sand around. You can always rent an ATV for a couple of hours and have a blast.
