Would it make more sense to group by trim level? I'm usually looking for trim levels first and then seeing if they have a color I like.

 

New Gen4’s stacked on lots with cash on hoods, all because Toyota is intentionally dumping trucks. A Gen4 Tacoma. For nearly the price of the old Gen3. If you already like the new one, that’s one hell of a buy opportunity.

And as we can see, for those who don’t like Gen4 anyway (until they actually drive and/or buy one…), it’s another chance to drop a lazy crap-on post. So, everybody wins here.

 

The 4th gen is not in my top three if I had to buy today and yes I do find them over priced. However, these trucks are selling very well, simply look at the sales figures.

 

Again, I got quite a bit off of my 2019 when I bought it brand new. 2020 through 2023 was an anomaly. Prior to then you could get a large discount on a Tacoma just like you can today.

 

Reading and posting in a 4th gen forum when it's your #4 pick, that's dedicated research.

You’re right. I expected and got a discount on my ‘16 & ‘18, got nothing off my ‘23. For the wholesale upgrade in truck combined with discount, the ‘24 felt like a very good value again.

 

I believe I was almost 10% off MSRP on my 2019. That’s in line with what the discounts are on the 2024/2025.

yes but slow as can be expected. many houses are under construction while many people are still in temporary FEMA housing. As far as the Lahaina town area, land cleared but will be a long time before they figure out what to do with it;
