    I'm on my lunch and tried to hose down my truck (water only) to get some mud off. I power washed it for 15 minutes straight an there's still alot on there. This is gonna be a real PITA. It was worth it though

    i just hosed off my truck. then took a rag and rubbed the mud off then sprayed in little sections and that worked fine.

    has anyone tried to cleanup their engine bay? I wanna do mine tomorrow bc the belts and engine are making a wierd noise, hopefully because their caked in dirt and mud. Any suggestions? Should I just get some engine degreaser and scrub with a brush?

    Stick on hood scoop from Autozone.
    My local shop got the alignment straight, but I'm still having a steering problem. He couldn't see anything that was broken so I guess that's good. He has no idea what's wrong. Oh well, I guess it's off to Toyota in the morning! :eek:


    He doesn't think it's anything too serious though... :)

    hmm. definitely appreciate the heads up. Ill pay close attention to that area tomorrow. What area is it located on our trucks? And mud/dirt got between the belt and pulley or pulley & ____?

    i got the truck washed today...i took it the way it was and they said they would charge me $40 rather then $14 so i took it down the street and pressure washed it then took it back and paid $14 :D

    under the truck is still dirty as hell and i found a bunch of scrathes on the sides, damn rocks!

    Word. I felt I was livin it up when I floored the pedal and tried to prerun on a mud trail, at which point my prerunning turned more into a drifting tournament, in which I slid (barely) in between a big ass tree and a 4ft bush.
