They probably only packaged those special notices for special people. I didn’t get one.

 

Yeah, they even put potassium nitrate in mine, that’s how I learned how to make gunpowder and sugar powered rockets. The mercuric oxide wasn’t a good thing to include though, I probably poisoned and made my entire fifth grade and my teacher get brain damage by demonstrating to them how you can get liquid mercury from it by heating it up in a test tube in front of them all in the classroom without a hood nor opening the windows.
