    AI answer:

    Startup wattage of a refrigerator

The startup wattage of a refrigerator typically ranges from 800 to 1,200 watts. This is significantly higher than the running wattage, which is usually around 350-780 watts.

No, it ain't got the power.
    You're better off connecting a Dometic CFX35 via 12v to a Jackery 1000 Pro.
You can run this setup for several days before re-charging the Jackery.

Thanks. The wife built the platform ( she builds everything ). I went with a half-platform so I could use
the second seat and footwell for whatnot and it worked out well. I had another 12v wired into the 'hatch'
and notched out a slot so the Jackery is always charging when the truck is moving. Works great. The seat
lays down flat and I stack 2 boxes of dry-good-foods in those. As long as I got water I can go for days or
weeks if I had to. We pull a small teardrop behind the truck and other camping gear in the bed. If I had my
way about it I'd be gone half the year here or there or anywhere I wanted to go.
