I went to that site, and what a great assortment of cutting tools.

    Thanks Oz.

That looks really good and something I’ve been wanting to do also. This may just give me the motivation to do it!

Gate wouldn’t latch right anymore due to the subpar latch they installed (rusted right through and broke). Replaced with one of these today. Gotta pick up a couple washer to act as a spacer behind the bottom bolt (latch rubs on post a little and isn’t smoothly operating) C61B7442-15E7-4653-8DF5-1F8DDAE70350.jpg

One of our neighbors had a tree cut down, kicked the dudes $40 to grind this stump that’s been annoying me when they finished the other job. Going to replace the mulch with dirt and grass seed in a couple months.

Ripped the side of the house off and, as expected, can o’ worms. Had to reframe most of the entire porch wall and sill. Rotted shitshow. Cant wait to open the rest of the walls.. (notice the floor joists dont line up with the sill of the house? Prior owner was a master capenter.. in his head)1F591044-CCC6-4D99-BF96-30D5C10D59FE.jpgB0FFABFC-21A8-468A-A413-B451461A47D7.jpg

Does anyone know how to fix concrete steps and sidewalk? This happened when I put the melt-away ice on there a few years ago. I didn’t realize it would do this to concrete.

maybe, but since I’ve never messed with concrete so not sure what the right way to fix this would be.
