I have like 3 metal detectors, I'm kind of a nerd when it comes to that haha... problem is the two corners I need are really overgrown with brush and on a very steep hill20200913_112119.jpg 20200913_112127.jpg

Edit: probably kind of hard to tell from pics, but there is an irrigation ditch down there and my property ends along that.

I wouldn’t mind paying the survey if it’s a couple hundred bucks. That’s nothing to me so I can spare that. I have a lawyer friend that says I can sue for punitive damages and mental suffrage and all kinds of ‘victim’ stuff as she put it.

He put the fence in years ago before I moved in. I put in the back half when I rebuilt my detached garage that was previously on the ‘property line’ so I just installed a fence in place where he and the previous owner of my house stopped.

I am not going to bother moving the fence if it ends up being over to his side unless it’s significant like 2’ or more so I can store more shit on the side of my garage and have a bigger planter area next to the driveway.

Usually those people are the ones wrong and have to move the fence line. Making themselves lose property

That would be soooo awesome. I would rub it in his face with a year long ballon man dance party in my driveway. I feel like I’m being an asshole at this point but they are not talking, they’re just yelling and thinking that if they’re louder they’re more right. I could care less about them.

I like the rest of my neighbors is the only reason I don’t want to move out. We have a nice little community fruit/veggie sharing thing going on and we all hang out(not now because of corona) in my back yard because I had the back yard built to host big get together and such

...^^^... I worked as a Rodman on a survey crew in college and I can tell you this ..... that area in the pic (hill-side with heavy brush) is a perfect place for bad snakes.

That was the only job that I didn't like .... had a poison ivy rash all summer and ran into a bunch of bad snakes.

I don't know why every neighborhood has to have a jerk neighbor. At my last house the jerk told me within the first 30 seconds of meeting him how he two sons that were attorneys and how he was suing all these people. He would stand in his yard and yell at MY kids for riding their bikes on MY lawn. The best investment of my life was to install 175 feet of 6' tall fence. I had it installed 6" on my side so he couldn't say a thing, asshole.

The smoke is terrible today, in the "hazardous" levels.

its actually not returned , I milled that top element with the 45 chamfer on my stock and when I installed them I cut them to length and then cut the chamfer profile across the end grain

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
We stayed in this one when my brother got married in Nags Head. They are very cozy homes.

I am so excited I was able to figure out how to double up the crown on top of this window! I think it turned out good. Now just some sanding and Paint!

Terro is awesome. I get these, just change them out every 6 months because it dries out gets hard making it not work. They drink that stuff or whatever they do and take it back to the hive, farm, den, whatever you call them and it kills all of them.

    upload_2020-9-16_11-37-18.jpg

Edit: didn't realize how far back that was.
