We're closed in both sides , just need to cleat the top and add the wedges and wailers . Tomorrow we'll install our styrofoam cast in edge insulation then we will be able to start forming up the 8 columns

Passed inspections on my foundation steel from structural engineer and building inspector today .

Wanted to pour next Tuesday but could not get boom pump till Thursday so Thursday pour it is

Curious what a pump truck runs you in BC. If running smoothly and maintained well, I hear those things print money.

Baltimore/DC area is $200 mobilization (more if remote or access constraints), $850/hr, and $4/yard placed. And thats what we get as a high volume customer.

Where I am its $240 / HR with 3 hr min , $100 washout and can't remember exactly per yard pumped but I usually allow $1200 per pump use

Picked up a couple jobs (small porch/deck and some deck skirting) where the customers insist on PVC/Azek. I despise working with that stuff for all the obvious reasons. No way am I using my trim sliding miter saws. I padded one of the bids and picked up this 10" Metabo Miter Saw off Amazon for $119. Just made up this quick portable stand for it. I have a rolling outfeed stand I can use for any longer pieces. Sets up on saw horses. Two 2x3x8's and one 2x4x8 and a little hardware. $30.

what do you think the negative effects would be on your regular saw from composite or PVC material ?
