Buy a 70” tv and make a wooden frame for it then just put moving art on.

Aesthetics is one of the things my wife and I don't argue about. I made the decision a long time ago that's a battle that's not worth fighting. Besides, she has better tastes then I do anyway. lol

thanks for the tips. Yea im good with leaving something up for a long time. Just need to find the right piece. In the fall when it get cooler out here in florida they usually have a good amount of art shows in the park so i may just hold out on buying anything UNLES i see something that catches my eye.

Ehhh not for me really. Thought about it buying a Samsung "The Frame" but not what i want to do. My 75" tv has factory art on it and i can always add that if i need something different.

Yea im not buying from them cause they were an ad on IG, dont really trust. Just saw some cool ideas,

Got a light to mount under the carport. Also grabbed a motion detector for it. Wanted something not as bright as the main carport light for the dark mornings/evenings coming up when I leave for work and come home. Was something Ive been meaning to do for awhile, but almost stepping on a snake under the truck the other morning bumped it up.

Tomorrow I'll sheet the carport end of the house and finish the peel & stick making us watertight before another monsoon hits Sunday morning

Today we also completed extending all our underground services before the ground gets too wet

Thursday & Friday the tile crew was here for the guest bathroom. I begged them to come finish it today so I could spend Sunday - Monday installing the vanity, toilet etc but they didn't agree. So Monday they should get it finished. If they hustle

    20210924_173820.jpg

Today I cut open the ceiling for the new fart fan & also closed up the last of what used to be the soffit. This bathroom never had a fan since it has a window. Well being a condo means not much privacy so the window wasn't the best option. While I was in the attic I finished wiring up the vanity plug. Last week I just poked the Romex through the top plate and left it in the attic, so today it was there waiting for me to run to the Jbox along with the fart fan wiring.

Didnt want to drill into the mortar for the mounting holes on the round box so the motion detector ended up on angle. Not the prettiest but it works.

Got a guy coming tomorrow to get it if its still under the house. Also gonna quote me on animal proofing the crawlspace since Ive had a couple birds get in there too. And Im gonna ask him to make sure my attic is bat/snake proof since Ive found a few skins up there.

Thats probably one of the few areas I dont mind farming out to other people. I despise working under the house, let alone with uninvited guests in there.

I don’t blame ya!! I wouldn’t want to crawl around in a crawlspace unless it’s new construction.
