    Congrats! Any side projects or personal plans you have should be completed in the next 30 days otherwise you won't get to them for the next 2+ years :D

    Looks great, but how is anything going to hang on the bottom rod? Gap looks too small

    Wood Destroying Organisms - WDO inspection got done today. No big surprises but I noticed a few more issues that will need to be addressed sooner rather than later. Always fun buying with cash instead of financing...

    Major things I found today, is that the HVAC in all 3 houses have never been cleaned and or serviced for efficiency, and one had NO CONDENSATE DRAIN! it was just dripping down through the slab. :angrygirl::goingcrazy:

    I'll take some after pics later of both.

    Yesterday I tore out the grout and regrouted the master bath shower floor. It was funked up, most around the drain. Then some previous idiot used caulk as I dug in. Yeah it could work but..............thank goodness nothing compromised. DeWalt vari tool and a couple shit blades are great for getting grout out. A couple sweeps with hand tools, vacuum. Soak with a couple quarts of IPA to kill any mold/fungus/etc. Let sit for 20-30 minutes. Blow dry with all fans on and clear the room. Repeat. Brush and vacuum again.
    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
    Day before I added a couple shelves to the shed as proof of concept. Worked out nice.

    hahahahahha IsoPropyl Alcohol 80% is fine. Kills as good as bleach, maybe better, but not quite as nasty. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes then blow dry. Bleach requires vigorous rinsing, etc. PITA.

    Pour some on some blackish concrete outside. Gonna kill most life forms.

    How did you do yours? Is that felt on a board and you framed it out?

    I covered the entire wall with the re-cycled/purposed/used fence boards. The black around the dart board is 1" thick fairly dense foam with a cutout for the dart board. Then I just trimmed around the foam with corner bead.

    Nah. I'm just a chemical maniac. Just as an adder bleach is hard on grout.
